Aya Iwasuji is a cross-border business consultant/educator and builds and executes high impact consulting projects, including executive and leadership programs on innovation, business acceleration, entrepreneurship, and technology commercialization.

Her consulting style meets the clients where they are and guides them to get to their goals with minimal resources and time so her clients can move forward quickly and efficiently. She firmly believes that everyone and every company have the inherent capability to change, innovate, and thrive, and her passion is to unleash those superpowers inside them.

She previously led Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship programs and Industrial Technology Research at NEDO, the largest public R&D Funding Agency of Japan, in Silicon Valley. During the seven years she spent at NEDO, she built partnerships between Silicon Valley companies and organizations and Japanese counterparts and created educational and training programs for 250+ Japanese corporates and 50+startups who want to expand their business in Silicon Valley.

Aya holds a Master’s Degree in Linguistics from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Meiji Gakuin University, Japan.

She is enjoying the almost always sunny weather in Silicon Valley since 2007.
